YOUR TALENT:

  1. Estudiante avanzado o graduado de carreras de Comunicación, Diseño Grafico, Marketing, Publicidad o afines.
  2. 2-3 años de experiencia en funciones similares.
  3. Manejo intermedio de Excel.
  4. Manejo de Google Analytics.
  5. Manejo de Magento u otra plataforma de eCommerce (VTEX, SalesForce, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
  6. Manejo de programas de diseño (no excluyente).
  7. Establecimiento de prioridades.
  8. Orientación a la solución y comunicación transparente.

YOUR MISSION:

En Puma Argentina, nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Especialista en Contenido de Ecommerce para nuestra área de Retail, quien reportará al Teamhead y tendrá las siguientes funciones:

  1. Trabajar en conjunto con el equipo de Planning de E-Commerce para mantener actualizado el assortment e inventario de productos del site.
  2. Planificar todas las traducciones correspondientes a las temporadas de manera tal de contar con la información en tiempo y forma.
  3. Disponibilizar en PIM (CMS) toda la información necesaria, así como verificar las reglas para la publicación de los productos en sus correspondientes categorías en tiempo y forma (ISD, Promo Excluded, Variantes, etc.).
  4. Crear y mantener las campañas y promociones dentro de la plataforma.
  5. Armar los briefs para el armado de todo el material de comunicación necesario para cumplir con la estrategia de contenidos en tiempo y forma.
  6. Mantener actualizados los contenidos relacionados a información de relevancia dentro del sitio (FAQs, horarios de tiendas, políticas, etc.).
  7. Liderar conjuntamente con el Performance Marketing Specialist la estrategia de CRM y trabajar conjuntamente con la agencia la planificación de los disparos de eMail Marketing.
  8. Analizar en base a la disponibilidad de información de las diferentes herramientas (Segmentify, Glassbox, Analytics) un plan de mejora continua.
  9. Realizar reportes semanales que cubran los principales temas del canal.
  10. Liderar el plan de mejoras en conjunto con áreas internas y partners externos, asegurando su correcta implementación.
  11. Liderar la estrategia de SEO desde el lado de Contenido (On Site).
  12. Colaborar en el análisis, implementación y testeos de proyectos orientados a la omnicanalidad.
