Job DescriptionQualifications

Must Requirements:

Functional QA Lead

  • FX knowledge: have worked in FX domain.
  • QA certification.
  • Experience in all types of testing types and overseeing them from all aspects of planning to execution.
  • Generate QA related KPIs.
  • Managing a team of 5+ test members.
  • Overseeing functional, regression and non-functional testing.
  • Define and audit QA processes.
  • Instructing and mentoring of the QA team on quality metrics and testing strategies for projects.
  • Collaborating with the management to send regular project status.
  • Experience in Bug tracking tools, like JIRA.
  • Proficient in Testing Methodologies.
  • Knowledge of UNIX, Windows.
  • Ability to track logs and generate a Bug description.
  • Perform root cause analysis of issues to assist in determining the source of problems.
  • Design and execute high-quality test cases based on accurate business requirements analysis.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies.

Automation QA Experience: Along with above skill set

  • Experience in automation tools, like cucumber.
  • Experience in Java, Python scripting languages.

Automation tools used in the project:

  • Cucumber
  • Selenium
  • JUnit

Software Development Methodology: Agile.
