Astreya is seeking an SMB Ranger in Argentina to act as the highest technical escalation point for Delivery Partners, reducing escalations and shortening resolution days through quality management and readiness initiatives.
You will lead escalation quality programs, guide L1/L2 support, mentor DP teams, and collaborate with Microsoft PTAs/SEEs to improve tooling and processes while maintaining exceptional customer service.
