Coinme, the leading crypto payments platform, seeks a Contract Customer Support Associate to handle high-volume inbound calls, resolve crypto transaction issues, and build rapport with clients over the phone. This fully remote role targets candidates in Latin America and requires strong English communication.
You will work 40 hours weekly with Pacific Time shifts, meet KPI targets (AHT, FCR, CSAT), document interactions in CRM, and escalate complex issues when needed.
