Transfer pricing is an accounting practice that allows for the establishment of prices for the goods and services exchanged between two associated enterprises. The Transfer Pricing team helps review, document, manage and defend client's transfer pricing policies and processes — aligning them with their business strategy. They will also work with you to build the proactive, pragmatic and integrated strategies that address the tax risks of today's businesses and help your business achieve its potential.

Requirements
  1. Qualifications: Master's degree (or CA/ ICWA/CS Inter/ Final) required
  2. Should be handling a team
  3. Proficiency with technology required (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
Key Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for day-to-day operations of the sub service line or team/group within the Tax Service line
  2. Ensures delivery on the Work Order with respect to turnaround, quality, handling workflow distribution, meeting volume levels, etc.
  3. Act as single point of contact on engagements for Users regarding service delivery and day-to-day operations
  4. Monitor metrics for service delivery, opportunities for improving customer satisfaction and implement appropriate modifications to process as may be needed
  5. Instill GDS/EY culture at the individual level
  6. Help implement strategic initiatives, as defined by Service Line Leaders
  7. Proactively and timely identify operational problems and propose solutions. Escalate issues where required to the reporting Managers
Learning
  1. Taking the initiative to seek continuous learning opportunities such as coaching and mentoring feedback, key developmental experiences, self-directed learning and formal learning
  2. Helps define learning gaps and works with sub-service line leaders and local L&D to define and deploy a process to bridge that learning gap
  3. Fulfills role of instructor and transfer of knowledge to team members, as needed
A Tax Senior is expected to
  1. Assist in sub-service line and engagement management under the guidance and supervision of team managers
  2. Develop, mentor and supervise Analysts and Advanced Analysts
  3. Proactively recognize issues and recommend solutions
  4. Proactively delegate client load and exposure to different team members
  5. Demonstrate basic presentation and public speaking skills, while actively participating in meetings
  6. Manage own and/or other's impact on project economics, including controlling costs, monitoring budget to actual differences
  7. Communicate progress and the project status to supervisors/ reporting Managers and Stakeholders
  8. Adhere to practice protocol and other internal processes consistently
  9. Tax Seniors typically manage teams comprising Tax Analysts and Advanced Analysts. The exact team structure depends on the size and complexity of the engagement.
