At Directa24 we are looking for a talented Head of Compensations and Benefits to plan and oversee our company's compensation and benefits programs. You will be responsible for reviewing and modifying existing programs, ensuring these comply with current legislation, supporting the recruitment process, and managing day-to-day compensation and benefits-related activities.

What you will be doing

  1. Evaluating and modifying existing compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
  2. Developing and implementing new compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
  3. Ensuring all programs, policies, and procedures comply with current legislation.
  4. Communicating with third-party services to negotiate benefit plans and resolve benefit-related issues.
  5. Supporting the HR team with recruitment and talent management activities.
  6. Developing profit-sharing, incentive, employee wellness, and performance management programs.
  7. Managing subordinate HR employees and daily operations related to compensation and benefits activities.
  8. Preparing budgets, reports, and presentations.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in HR Management, BA, or related field.
  2. At least 4 years of experience as a Compensation and Benefits Manager or in a related role.
  3. Extensive knowledge, with a global scope, of benefits and compensation programs, policies, procedures, and applicable legislations.
  4. Solid expertise in hard HRM.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office.
  6. Fluent in English and Spanish.
  7. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  8. Strong people and project management skills.
  9. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
