You'll work closely with the Art Director, designers, and accounts team to deliver compelling, on-brand designs that elevate the overall brand experience.
What you'll do
Creative Support: Support the Art Director in executing creative direction across projects, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality outputs. Concept Development: Contribute to the development of creative concepts from ideation to execution, including branding, marketing campaigns, and digital assets. Design Leadership: Provide guidance on best practices and optimizations throughout design projects. Hands-on Design: Actively work on design deliverables when needed, including key visuals, layouts, and digital assets.
Quality Assurance: Review and refine design outputs to ensure they align with brand guidelines, briefs, and project goals. Client & Stakeholder Support: Assist in presenting creative concepts and design rationale to clients and internal stakeholders. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with accounts and other teams to align creative execution with project objectives and timelines. Software Proficiency: Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud to create high-quality designs.
Our ideal candidate: Has experience as a Senior Designer or in a junior leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced agency or startup environment. Possesses a strong portfolio demonstrating successful branding and graphic design work. Proficient with design software and technologies (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc). Has a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
With excellent communication and time management skills. Bonus Points for: Previous startup and/or design agency experience.
Experience
handling design requests for MSMEs, large corporations, and entrepreneurial initiatives.
