Job Title: Project Manager (Business Operations)
Contractor Fee: $2,500–$2,700/month (USD) Work Arrangement: Remote
Engagement Type: Independent Contractor Commitment: Full-time

About This Role: We are hiring a Project Manager to help organize
projects, improve Asana workflows, and keep teams accountable. You
will work across departments to clean up processes, track deadlines
and action items, and make sure important tasks and recurring work
are completed on time.
Key Responsibilities
Own and improve Asana workflows, including project structures, task ownership, deadlines, dependencies, recurring processes, templates, and accountability. Review workflows, SOPs, and business processes to identify gaps, bottlenecks, missed handoffs, and opportunities for improvement. Manage cross-functional projects from planning through completion, coordinating stakeholders, tracking deliverables, following up on blockers, and escalating issues when needed. Turn repeatable processes such as onboarding, launches, events, reporting cycles, and operational routines into clear and trackable Asana workflows. Support different departments based on business priorities, including wholesale, sales, creative, finance, logistics, and operations. Facilitate project meetings as needed, document decisions and action items, and ensure next steps are assigned and completed. Maintain SOPs, project documentation, status updates, and other operational resources as a reliable source of truth. Software/Platforms/Tools: Asana, advanced proficiency required Google Sheets and Google Docs Slack Notion, Trello, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar project management tools Microsoft Excel Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in project management, business operations, operations coordination, or a similar cross-functional role. Strong hands-on experience using Asana to manage projects, recurring workflows, timelines, dependencies, and multiple stakeholders. Proven experience improving workflows, creating repeatable processes, documenting SOPs, and bringing structure to loosely organized projects or teams. Strong understanding of project ownership, task accountability, stakeholder follow-up, and cross-functional coordination. Comfortable moving between departments, learning new processes quickly, and managing multiple priorities. Strong written and verbal English communication skills with the confidence to follow up and hold stakeholders accountable. Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, systems-minded, and able to work independently in a fast-moving remote environment. Experience with EOS, Integrator-style operating models, eCommerce, DTC, wholesale, retail, or consumer brands is a plus. Shift Schedule : Monday to Friday, with approximately 4–5 hours of daily overlap with US Pacific Time business hours for meetings, project coordination, and stakeholder follow-ups. The remaining working hours may be completed asynchronously. Exact
