Minimum qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 11 years of experience in retail, performance marketing, and with Google Ads products. Experience in people management. Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders. Preferred qualifications Experience leading, developing, and mentoring teams to deliver results. Experience working cross-functionally to align, execute on common goals, and deliver results in an organization. Experience with multi-stakeholder engagement, including executive or C-level customers. Experience within Retail and Fintech, including marketing and advertising, and business strategy, operations and tactics. Ability to build client relationships, translate product value to clients. Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills. About the job In this role, you will lead one of Google's partnerships in Latin America. You will bring a passion for sales, knowledge of the e-commerce/Fintech ecosystem, and an unwavering commitment to maximizing customer success. You will be finding ways to consistently deliver extraordinary and incremental outcomes for both Google and your customer. You will be responsible for building trusted C‑Level relationships, uncovering the client's most ambitious business needs, and translating them into powerful, cross‑functional Google solutions. Furthermore, you will achieve as a team leader, managing a dedicated team of Account Managers and coordinating efforts with a mirrored LCS team in Brazil. You will be at the forefront of shaping the future of digital commerce and payments in the AI era, making a real impact on the millions of businesses and billions of users that rely on the Mercado Libre ecosystem. Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market‑shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google. Responsibilities Drive business growth by managing agreement and developing C‑level relationships in the region/industry. Analyze data trends and client performance, develop sales plans, and prepare and conduct pitches and sales presentations. Develop case studies of successful campaigns in order to share insights with customers and to serve as an advocate for events and conferences. Develop and retain the talent across the team.
