Optimizar la inferencia de voz basada en transformers para lograr una latencia ultra baja Afinar modelos para la comprensión y síntesis de emociones Analizar y reducir cuellos de botella en flujos de trabajo de ML en tiempo real Diseñar y construir SDKs para integrar voz en aplicaciones de consumo Colaborar con los fundadores en arquitectura y feedback de clientes Responsabilizarse del sistema de ML de principio a fin (desde el diseño del modelo hasta el despliegue en infraestructura) Stack Tecnológico PyTorch CUDA vLLM SGLang Streaming Docker Kubernetes Requisitos✅ Haber trabajado previamente en startups de EE.UU. o empresas multinacionales✅ Sólida experiencia trabajando en entornos remotos ✅ Buen nivel de inglés (avanzado/nativo) ✅ Autonomía, mentalidad product-first y foco en resultados¿Por qué sumarte?
