At Tekton Labs, we believe in building long-term relationships through meaningful technology — and in telling that story the right way.About the RoleWe’re seeking a Marketing & Brand Lead to strengthen and scale Tekton’s marketing strategy across key markets. This role will help deepen brand presence, align messaging with business goals, and collaborate closely with revenue and content teams to drive measurable impact.You’ll join a team that values clarity, creativity, and collaboration — and have the space to build on the work already in motion, while proposing new ideas that reflect our growing identity and goals.This position offers a clear path towardgreater responsibility and leadership opportunities, as our marketing structure continues to expand.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the design and execution of brand and demand campaigns in USCAN and LATAMEnsure brand consistency across internal and external channelsLead and manage the content production process, working with internal teams and vendorsMaintain and update the corporate website, ensuring alignment with messaging, SEO, and user experienceManage Tekton’s presence on third-party platforms (e.g., Clutch, Glassdoor, AWS)Support marketing operations, CRM workflows, and campaign reportingPartner with commercial and delivery teams to build impactful sales enablement assets (decks, one-pagers, case studies)Align internal and external messaging with Tekton’s tone and positioningSuccess in this role looks like:Strong alignment between commercial and marketing messagesConsistent delivery of high-quality content, on time and on brandGrowth in visibility and engagement across key channelsEffective support of sales and talent attraction effortsWhat We’re Looking For4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, content strategy, or brand managementProficiency with Figma, HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEO toolsExperience working with creative teams (copy, design, web) and coordinating vendorsA sharp eye for design and detail, and strong storytelling skillsAbility to write or edit content in both English and SpanishFamiliarity with the tech or consulting sector is a plusCompensation & Work ConditionsModality: Full-time – 100% remoteLocation: Flexible within LATAM (working with global team)Contract type: Contractor – paid in USDMonthly compensation: Up to USD 2,750, depending on experienceA chance to collaborate with senior leadership and shape a growing brand with purposeReady to help us grow a brand with depth and direction?Join Tekton Labs and bring your creative and strategic energy to a team that values impact, clarity, and innovation. 🚀 #J-18808-Ljbffr
