Description Dominican University of California is hiring a full-time Director of Global Programs and Partnerships to work at the San Rafael California campus. Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of sophisticated mathematical models to interpret information and data and drive strategic decision-making across global graduate and undergraduate programs. (15%) Lead the refinement of predictive models to enhance international enrollment strategies and student retention in international graduate and undergraduate programs. (15%) Act as the senior liaison for key global programs such as the China MBA and Latin America MBA. (10%) Establish and expand new partnerships with leading educational institutions industry leaders and governmental bodies worldwide; improve programs marketing efforts using marketing analytics and digital marketing. (10%) Lead data analysis related to international student enrollment program outcomes and other relevant metrics. (10%) Lead the strategic audit of data processes and analytical methods to ensure cutting-edge practices that support dynamic decision-making. (5%) Required Qualifications At least a Masters degree in Operations Research Statistics Business Analytics or related fields. At least five years of full-time work experience as a Global Programs Manager CEO or related in the education industry and involving higher education. Prior academic background or work experience to include: R Python SAS SQL Tableau Microsoft Excel data analysis regression models predictive modeling developing data-driven solutions cost and profit analysis customer relationship management (CRM) digital marketing and marketing analytics. Good communication writing and interpersonal skills.
