They specialize in transforming websites into high-performing lead-generation assets while increasing brand visibility through SEO, content marketing, and paid advertising strategies.About the role:We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Specialist with strong experience in on-page, off-page, local, and technical SEO, and a proven ability to drive organic traffic and improve search visibility using data-driven strategies.This role requires someone who can take ownership of SEO strategy and execution, contribute to process improvement, and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver consistent, measurable results for multiple clients. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and comfortable managing SEO initiatives end to end.Experience in digital marketing agency is a required.What you’ll be doing:Create, implement, and optimize SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and conversionsContinuously test, analyze, and refine SEO tactics based on performance dataExecute and oversee on-page, off-page, local, and technical SEO initiativesUse performance metrics and analytics to evaluate SEO results and identify opportunities for improvementConduct keyword research, site audits, and content optimization initiativesAlign SEO efforts with broader marketing goals to ensure measurable business outcomesManage multiple client accounts while maintaining quality and consistencyWho are we looking for?Minimum 3+ years of hands-on SEO experienceFluent in spoken and written EnglishStrong experience in on-page, off-page, local, and technical SEOProven expertise in keyword research, content strategy, link building, and SEO auditsExperience managing multiple client SEO campaigns simultaneouslyFamiliarity with SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush)Prior experience working in a digital marketing agencyPosition: SEO SpecialistWorking Hours: 9 am to 5 pm ESTHolidays: US Federal HolidaysSalary: USD 1200 - USD 1600 per monthInternal Job ID: 1021
