Sales Specialist - High Voltage Products Apply for the Sales Specialist - High Voltage Products role at Hitachi Energy. The Opportunity We are seeking a graduate Electrical, Electronic, or Industrial Engineer. The role involves tendering processes including request for quotation reception, technical specifications analysis, commercial specifications analysis, and preparing proposals to our clients. Follow up these proposals until business definition, working with the Account Managers team.

Upon success, prepare all documents for submission to the Project Manager department for kick‑off meetings. The product specialist will also provide technical presentations, lead client visits, and offer technical support internally and externally. How You'll Make An Impact Sells product / systems / service to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets for assigned Business Units / Product Groups. Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand needs, promote the full product / system / service offering, and align to provide solutions, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Prepares sales plans using company tools, performs regular status reviews and proposes recovery plans in cases of potential order shortfalls. Creates added value for the customer and Hitachi, ensuring the successful outcome of transactions, contracts and proposals through effective sales techniques. Communicates details in accordance with Hitachi's offering and strategy (delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions). Ensures efficient marketing activities and value propositions to customers.

Identifies and drives the development of new market opportunities, ensuring know‑how sharing and cross‑collaboration. Manages administrative procedures in sales processes, and supports collection and project management activities when needed. Prepares offers in coordination with the Marketing Manager, ensuring appropriate technical and financial aspects, including prices and trading conditions. Negotiates contracts/frame agreements with customers based on company risk and conditions.

Ensures compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines. Your Background Bachelor’s degree in electronic or electromechanical engineering with 5 years of experience in similar roles.

Experience

in high voltage products (desirable).

Experience

in managing technical and commercial offers. Advanced English level.

Experience
