Senior Software Engineer - Telecom Argentina (Ref. 100449) – Híbrido CABADescripción general de la empresaSumate a Telecom Argentina, la empresa líder en servicios digitales, telecomunicaciones y entretenimiento de la región 🚀 Actualmente impulsando la transformación de Personal Pay, ecosistema fintech, con un equipo ágil, innovador y diverso. Buscamos un/a Senior Software Engineer para sumarse a un proyecto desafiante, con impacto en millones de usuarios y oportunidades de crecimiento profesional en un entorno tech-co de vanguardia.Este puesto requiere modalidad híbrida en CABA, Rosario y Cordoba (2 veces por semana en oficinas). Para el resto del país, visitas cada 2 meses a las oficinas mas cercanas. Responsabilidades clave: - Backend (80%) Construir servicios en Node.js + TypeScript (ideal NestJS) aplicando Clean Architecture/SOLID. Diseñar e implementar APIs REST contrato-primero (versionado, paginado, idempotencia, manejo de errores). Integrar y operar en AWS: Lambda, API Gateway, SQS/SNS, DynamoDB (o RDS/PostgreSQL), eventualmente ECS. Integraciones con terceros, autenticación (OAuth2/JWT), caching (Redis) y observabilidad (logs/metrics/traces). Testing automatizado (unit/integration) y pipelines CI/CD. - Frontend (20%) Desarrollar y mantener aplicaciones (navegación, estado, performance) usando React y react Native. Librerías/entorno: React Navigation, React Query/Zustand/Redux (según caso), animaciones (Reanimated). Calidad en mobile: React Native Testing Library/Detox, manejo de OTA/CodePush. Colaboración con Diseño/Producto para UX fluida en condiciones móviles (latencia, fallbacks, reintentos). Cualificaciones y habilidades requeridas: +4 años de experiencia en desarrollo como Software Engineer. Backend con Node.js + TypeScript. Conocimiento de librerías modernas: Zustand, React Query, Redux. Backend con Node.js + TypeScript. Familiaridad con NestJS y patrones de arquitectura limpia. Experiencia en integración con APIs externas, autenticación y manejo de tokens. Bases de datos: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis. Experiencia en despliegues y trabajo con AWS. Experiencia profesional en desarrollo mobile con React Native. Habilidades deseables: Experiencia en proyectos fintech o bajo regulaciones financieras. Conocimiento de herramientas de observabilidad (Datadog, Kibana, Dynatrace) Experiencia con feature flagging (Unleash u otros). Interés o experiencia en IA aplicada al desarrollo de software.
