Descripción del Puesto:
Buscamos un Customer Success Manager altamente motivado y con experiencia para unirse al equipo de nuestro cliente. El candidato ideal será responsable de gestionar y optimizar la relación con nuestros clientes, asegurando el máximo aprovechamiento de nuestra plataforma y fomentando su éxito a largo plazo. Además deberá contar con experiencia liderando equipos, experiencia en startups y será muy importante que haya estado involucrado en procesos de alto crecimiento. Requerimos que hayas armado areas de CS desde cero ( excluyente)
B2B será excluyente.
Funciones del Puesto:
- Contactar a los clientes designados por el equipo comercial de manera periódica, garantizando el uso óptimo de la plataforma.
- Establecer KPIs para medir el éxito y el valor de la herramienta para el cliente.
- Identificar oportunidades de upsell.
- Adaptar nuestro producto a los procesos de atención al cliente, proponiendo mejoras.
- Brindar soporte técnico y funcional al cliente durante la gestión.
- Cuidar de los activos a su cargo.
- Aplicar las políticas de seguridad pertinentes al área.
Misión del Puesto:
Gestionar clientes existentes, asegurando su correcto uso y éxito continuado. Coordinar y conducir reuniones con los clientes, recogiendo necesidades, mostrando y gestionando las funcionalidades de nuestro producto. Actuar como enlace entre el cliente y el equipo interno, definiendo tareas, cronogramas y priorizando actividades. Reportar incidentes y tomar decisiones para optimizar los procesos internos de Customer Success mediante mejora continua. Realizar actividades de parametrización del producto o troubleshooting técnico en colaboración con el equipo de soporte.
Experiencia Excluyente:
- Experiencia en startups y en procesos de alto crecimiento.
- Conocimiento de metodologías de gestión de proyectos, incluyendo metodologías ágiles.
- Experiencia en roles similares dentro de startups.
- Formación en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Licenciatura en Sistemas o experiencia equivalente.
- Conocimientos en topologías de sistemas web y SQL para consultas de información.
