Location: Argentina & Colombia As a Senior Backend Engineer you will: Drive frontend architecture decisions with a focus on SSR implementationLead the development of high-performance financial service interfacesShape best practices for server-side rendering across the platformMentor team members in advanced React and SSR patternsArchitect and implement server-side rendering solutions using ReactDesign and optimize SSR strategies for complex UI componentsDevelop high-performance React components with TypeScriptImplement sophisticated state management solutionsLead performance optimization initiativesCreate and maintain SSR-compatible component librariesMentor junior engineersCollaborate on overall frontend architecture decisions You'll be a great fit if you have:  7+ years of professional Frontend development experience4+ years of React development with SSR frameworks (Next.js or other frameworks required)3+ years of building strong typed componentsFluency in Spanish & English. The team communicates in both languagesDeep understanding of Client and Server ComponentsAdvanced-level TypeScript knowledgeExperience with: Server-side rendering optimization techniques React hydration strategies Static and dynamic rendering approaches Performance monitoring and optimization State management in SSR contexts Advanced React patterns and performance optimizationAdvanced React patterns and performance optimizationState management solutions (Redux) experienceExperience with CI/CD implementation Bonus points if you have: Experience with Reactflow implementationExperience with ViteGitHub Actions expertiseFinancial services domain knowledgeTechnical leadership experience Interview Stages: 4-Step Screening Process Skills Test: A quick, role-specific multiple-choice assessment.Video Interview: Showcase your communication skills.Document Review: Submit your CV and complete a short personality test.
