About the Role
Communications analyst plays a vital role in the International ESPA team for the South Cone subcluster, reporting to the Public Affairs South Cone head. The ideal candidate is a skilled communications professional with international collaboration experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement media relations, internal communications, and social media strategies to enhance Citi's reputation in Latin America.
- Collaborate internally and externally to execute projects.
- Support executive communications and manage regional media outreach.
- Create various internal and external communications materials.
- Translate and disseminate global communications.
- Manage internal approvals and monitor KPIs.
- Assist with reporting on risks and controls.
- Handle administrative tasks such as processing payments and vendor relations.
When making business decisions, assess risks considering the firm's reputation and compliance with laws and regulations. Uphold ethical standards, manage control issues, and ensure accountability within the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, business, or marketing.
- Minimum 4 years of communications experience, preferably in a large organization.
- Expertise in media relations, social media, and KPI reporting.
- Effective leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
- Integrity, maturity, and a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience working in multicultural teams.
