We are seeking a Risk & Compliance Analyst to join our client, a company revolutionizing the Risk Industry.
- Customer Due Diligence (CDD): Conduct thorough due diligence of companies to assess their risk profiles with a holistic approach (money laundering/terrorist financing, compliance, fraud, information security, data privacy, third party risk).
- Data Verification and Investigation: Corroborate and investigate the data provided by companies to ensure its accuracy and completeness, and identify potential discrepancies or red flags.
- Efficient Multitasking: Manage multiple assessments of different companies simultaneously, ensuring efficient and effective execution of due diligence processes for each.
- Regulatory Research: Research and stay up-to-date on relevant regulations and compliance requirements across US & Latin America to ensure entities are in compliance with regional laws.
Must have
● Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a similar role.
● Bachelor's degree in Law.
● Spanish & English Bilingual
● Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to critically review documents, identify patterns, and detect potential compliance risks.
