Implementar los procesos productivos, de ingeniería, calidad, cadena de suministro, recursos humanos, finanzas, y atención al cliente definidos por la corporación.Coordinar las acciones de los distintos departamentos a su cargo.Responsable de fijar las estructuras organizacionales, funciones y alcances de cada puesto.Definir el headcount y los cambios de la compañía de acuerdo al plan estratégico.Cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad e higiene, mantenimiento de los estándares ecológicos en las diferentes operaciones bajo su responsabilidad.Cumplir con las normas de ISO, que apliquen para su operación.Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normas y legislación vigente en cada país. The Successful Applicant Estudios universitarios a nivel Licenciatura, preferentemente en Ingeniería Industrial o Mecánica o afín.Maestría en Administración de Negocios deseable.6 años de experiencia en posiciones de gerencia Sr (operaciones, planta, manufactura) o gerencia general de compañías dentro de la industria electromecánica.Entendimiento avanzado de indicadores financieros.Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo y administración de equipos.Capacidad de adaptación y trabajo en equipo multicultural.Orientado a procesos y mejora continua.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación.Nivel avanzado de inglés, con habilidades tanto verbales como escrituras.Nivel intermedio de portugués, deseable.
