Job Overview
This role involves reviewing and processing safety data from various sources in accordance with applicable regulations, SOPs, and guidelines
Key Responsibilities
- Complete assigned trainings promptly.
- Process safety data in line with regulations, SOPs, and project requirements.
- Perform pharmacovigilance activities , including collecting and tracking incoming Adverse Events (AE), determining event status, database entry, coding AE and products, and writing narratives.
- Meet quality, productivity, and delivery standards.
- Comply with all project-related processes and activities.
- Create, maintain, and track cases as per the project plan.
- Identify and report any quality issues to a senior team member.
- Demonstrate problem-solving capabilities.
- Mentor new team members if assigned.
- Attend project meetings and provide feedback on any challenges, issues, or successes.
- Ensure 100% compliance with all people practices and processes.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline or allied life sciences with 1-1.5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Experience with pharmacovigilance activities in clinical trials , including collecting and tracking incoming Adverse Events (AE), determining event status, database entry, coding AE and products, and writing narratives.
- Working knowledge of the ARGUS Safety Database.
- Communication Skills: Advanced verbal/written communication skills in English.
- Ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities and deadlines, willingness to learn new skills across Safety service lines, and flexibility to operate in shifts.
