¿Cuáles son tus principales funciones?
Preparar pre-facturas y revisarlas según estándares internos.Preparar facturas de acuerdo a las políticas y procedimientos internos.Asegurarse de que las facturas se entreguen en tiempo y forma para el pago.Ejecutar todas las tareas de facturación según los procesos establecidos.Mantener y actualizar la información de facturación del cliente, de acuerdo a sus instrucciones y requisitos.Asistir en la identificación y resolución de problemas técnicos. ¿Qué te ayudará a tener éxito en esta oportunidad? Contar con nivel de inglés avanzado (EXCLUYENTE).Más de 2 años de experiencia en posiciones similares.Conocimientos de SAP u otro ERP, Excel, ServiceNow.Organización, atención al detalle, capacidad de autogestión, gestión del tiempo, mejora continua, orientación al cliente, trabajo en equipo, colaboración. ¿Qué te ofrece la empresa?
