Associate Platform Developer

This position will be part of the ServiceNow Platform team. The perfect candidate should have a solid technical background in ServiceNow development and platform service management practices. You will work with diverse teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement improvements to our ServiceNow instances, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems and business processes.

What You Will Be Responsible For:
- Provide day-to-day support, administration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform including midservers and integration points
- Collaborate directly with end users to troubleshoot and resolve support issues
- Assess and offer valuable feedback on documented business requirements to meet acceptance criteria efficiently
- Create clear and concise technical and process documentation
- Build, install, and troubleshoot ServiceNow applications with potential integration with other software
- Resolve bugs, fix issues, assist users, and develop enhancements for applications within the platform
- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality compliance with coding standards, integration, scalability, and security
- Support in maintaining detailed documentation of application design and code generation techniques to train other developers on ServiceNow system software
- Verify that the application and enhancements perform as intended by testing for bugs and performance throughout all development stages
Minimum Qualifications:
- ServiceNow - Certified System Administrator
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2-4 years of IT experience
- At least 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, preferably with expertise in multiple products such as HRSD, CSM, ITSM, SPM & ITOM
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML with hands-on experience in ServiceNow scripting and development
- Experience with forms, fields, views, client scripts, UI policies, and actions
- Familiarity with Agile environments focusing on SCRUM methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design effective ServiceNow solutions
- Ability to work effectively in team-oriented settings, communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects concurrently
- Experience with API Integrations with other systems
- Knowledge of configuring platform portals and service catalogs across different products
- Working understanding of ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
- Capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team
- Demonstrate strong initiative and self-motivation
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow - Certified Application Developer
- ServiceNow - Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM/CSM/HR
