En Four Seasons Hotel Buenos Aires nos encontramos en la búsqueda de:

"HOUSEKEEPING COORDINATOR"

Responsabilidades:

• Responderá a todas las llamadas entrantes y transmitirá las solicitudes de los huéspedes de manera adecuada.
• Brindará información general del Hotel por lo que deberá conocer a la perfección servicios y horarios de atención.
• Trabajará en colaboración con el personal de recepción y de piso para las actualizaciones del estado de las habitaciones y completará las tareas administrativas según nuestros procesos internos.
• Responderá adecuadamente ante cualquier emergencia o situación de seguridad del Hotel.
• Realizará otras tareas o proyectos asignados por la dirección y el personal del Hotel.
• Delegará tareas al personal de Housekeeping.

Requisitos:

• Estudios terciarios y/o universitarios afines a la industria.
• Experiencia previa en posiciones similares (no excluyente).
• Conocimiento avanzado del idioma inglés.
• Disponibilidad horaria para trabajar días y horarios rotativos.
• Manejo avanzado de herramientas informáticas.
• Manejo de Sistema Opera (deseable).
• Organización, trabajo en equipo y actitud positiva.
