We are looking for an incident manager

Within their responsibilities

  • Experience working in client-facing positions is necessary.
  • Experience in working with ITIL processes.
  • Experience leading restoration efforts during critical incidents, coordinating technical resources from multiple teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to partner with other stakeholders in technology, operations, and business organizations. Excellent verbal and written communication. One team mentality.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to generate engagement in the team, working towards a common goal.
  • Experience analyzing incident related metrics, elaborating reports, and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Working experience in matrix organizations supporting local and global teams.
  • Experience in IT Application and Infrastructure support.
  • Experience in payment and/or financial industry is desirable.
  • Languages: English fluent
