En Cona Consultores nos encontramos en búsqueda de un Procurement Manager que quiera incorporarse a una importante empresa de telecomunicaciones.

Responsabilidades:

  • Ejecutar el ciclo completo de adquisiciones, desde la búsqueda de proveedores, la visita in situ, la cualificación, la selección, hasta la firma del contrato y el pago en el ámbito de las adquisiciones indirectas.
  • Gestionar los proyectos administrativos o los requisitos de compra relacionados con Facility Management, bienes inmuebles, vehículos, obras civiles y decoración, viajes de negocios (billetes y alojamiento), productos alimenticios, seguro médico de los empleados, entre otras categorías relacionadas con la actividad administrativa.
  • Manejar el proceso de adquisiciones utilizando todas las plataformas y sistemas informáticos.
  • Ser responsable de la gestión de contratos relacionados con el negocio administrativo, con el fin de aumentar la eficiencia y los tiempos de respuesta a los clientes internos.

Requisitos:

  • Al menos 2-3 años de experiencia relevante en compras indirectas.
  • Graduado o estudiante de último año en campos relacionados con Compras.
  • Nivel de inglés conversacional (excluyente).
  • Excelente capacidad de escucha, negociación y presentación.
  • Habilidades de gestión de proyectos y gestión del tiempo.
  • Conocimientos avanzados de Office.
