  • Acompaña toda la tecnología en proyectos de pequeña a gran escala.

Validación de la calidad general de los códigos, de asegurar que el código sea cross platform, reutilizable y comprobable y de asegurar la revisión del código.

Responsable del desempeño general.

  • Define métricas y establecer los objetivos de los proyectos.
  • Comparte conocimientos activamente mediante consultas entre pares, imparte capacitación (cursos internos) sobre tecnologías específicas.
  • Recolección de métricas de proyectos, su análisis y uso para mejorar tanto la eficiencia como la calidad.
Revisa las dependencias y las rutas críticas de proyectos internos y externos.
Asegurar que los planes de contingencia estén implementados. Recomendar soluciones y aprobar planes y cronogramas.

  • Comprende el impacto global en todas las partes interesadas.
  • Identifica vacíos en los planes. Aprobar planes de proyectos de ingeniería. Dar soluciones e instrucciones para los problemas difíciles.
