SupportYourApp is looking for an experienced
HR Trainer to drive the incessant education and engagement of the Human Resources department.

Directly impact the team's success by ensuring a top-notch training and integration of the specialists into the hiring processes, and sharpen the team's skills by implementing various learning solutions.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage and update the overall Learning and Development strategy for the HR department;
• Ensure the trainees have the indepth understanding of the business hiring demands;
• Facilitate the trainings and events that enable successful recruiting outcomes;
• Identify learning needs and solutions to improve skills, knowledge, competency, and performance gaps;
• Constantly measure the trainee's success, conduct the QA and reporting;
• Keep up with the latest hiring to develop and implement highimpact learning solutions.

What we are looking for:

• Open, easygoing personality;
• Excellent communication skills of written and spoken English (C1+);
• Outstanding influencing skills to communicate effectively and credibly, both verbally and in writing;
• Ability to analyze and synthesize data from multiple sources to identify themes and develop compelling recommendations;
• At least 12 years of the hiring or recruiting experience;
• 2+ years of experience as the Trainer;
• Proficient at developing and executing training programs that accelerate performance of the HR team;
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fastpaced, multitasking virtual environment;
• Knowledge and experience of implementing aspects of evaluation models for determining training efficiency;
• Experience with Human Resources Management Software and Applicant Tracking Systems.
