Integrations Associate

Avature offers highly customizable solutions, and each integration is carefully designed according to our customers' diverse needs.

Integration Associates work alongside both our integrations team and consultants, playing a key role in the configuration process of each integration.

Your challenges and objectives:

• Achieve expertlevel knowledge of our platform's functionality and configurability.
• Understand the configuration needs of each specific case.
• Prioritize assignments and develop a clear vision of each assignment's context.

Your day-to-day activities:

• Meet with consultants to understand the scope and time frame of each assignment.
• Guide customers through thirdparty requirements (URLs, users, passwords, etc.) when necessary.
• Create and update documentation on the configuration process of integrations (requirements, context of the business process, etc.).
• Migrate configurations from test environments to production environments.
• Run QA tests to ensure configurations work as expected.
• Follow team projects endtoend, from case preparation to resolution.
