Amzur is hiring a Senior NetSuite Consultant with experience in NetSuite Financials.
To thrive in this role, you must be experienced in the Record to Report process area as you will be helping companies with accounting standards and financial reporting.
You also need to have a working knowledge of revenue accounting standards such as ASC606 (or IFRS 15) and how that impacts NetSuite.

Requirements:
Excellent knowledge of NetSuite core and advanced modules including but not limited to:
- Financial planning and analysis, Accounting and Financial Reporting, Treasury and Cash Management, Risk Management, Strategic Planning and Compliance
- Advanced Accounting & Finance including Multi-Book and HTP (Historical Transaction Processing)
- Revenue Management (fair value allocations, dimensions (nice to have), advanced revenue)
- NetSuite Financial Reporting and Consolidated Reporting
- Multiple Fiscal calendar, adjustment period setup
- Native NS Tax and Suite Tax (nice to have)
- SaaS/Software Revenue Models and billing processes (Suite Billing [nice to have], Contract Renewals [nice to have])
- INTERCOMPANY (IC)
- Adv Intercompany Journal Entry
- Transactional (IC SO and PO)
- Consolidation and Elimination experience
- 3+ years of handson NetSuite experience as a consultant
- Experience with full lifecycle implementations preferred
- Strong business process understanding across all functional areas
- Experience with multisubsidiary multicurrency in public companies
- Passionate about understanding and solving challenging problems
- Ability to lead and coach other team members as needed and see projects through to successful completion
- Excellent proactive communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, CPA, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, Computer Science or other related disciplines is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Consult with business stakeholders to elicit business requirements and translate into workable business solutions with the consulting team
- Identify and recommend enhancements to our NetSuite system that will benefit business users
- Document business requirements and functional specifications
- Configure and support various modules within NetSuite using advanced functionality
- Work with the other consultants and project managers to deliver high quality functionality and results
- Provide accounting context to all solutions and discuss GL impacts where relevant to meet the expectations of the client as per IFRS and GAAP accounting standards as required.
- Work closely with technical/development team to build solutions, drafting Technical Design Documents (TDD) to bring custom solutions to life
