As a Sr Engineer, Web Platforms, you will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to build marketing websites for major brands to deliver world-class experiences for clients and customers.

You are a detail oriented person that enjoys creating visually appealing interactive web experiences.

On any given day you might

  • Develop reusable code using available frameworks and libraries.
  • Handcode web marketing sites and landing pages according to design specifications.
  • Follow technical specifications and coding guidelines.
  • Integrate code with other technologies such as REST Web Services, CMSs.
  • Contribute to code via Code Reviews.
  • Manage website production deployments and updates.
  • Page and site performance.
  • Accessibility.

The ideal person

  • Extensive experience with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JS and TypeScript).
  • Extensive experience handcoding marketing websites and landing pages.
  • Solid frontend skills, DOM API, network debugging.
  • Experience developing with modern frontend frameworks (Angular, Angular JS, Vanilla JS).
  • Knowledgeable on building static websites using Static Site Generators
  • Experience building websites based on headless CMSs.
  • Fluent in source control and code review workflows.
  • Solid understanding of crossbrowser/platform issues and code solutions.
  • Knowledgeable in building responsive layout websites that work seamlessly on any device (mobile, tablet, desktop).
  • Experience debugging and optimizing page load performance.
  • Experience with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines and Website Accessibility best practices.
  • Experience building and maintaining localizable and translatable websites for global audiences.
  • Experience integrating frontend experiences with modern or legacy CMS platforms such as Contentful, Wordpress, Drupal (headless and/or traditional CMSs).
  • Experience building templatized websites using CSS frameworks like Bootstrap.
  • Experience integrating RESTful Web services and 3rd party APIs.
  • Experience working with remote teams.
  • Experience working closely with designers.
  • Good selfmanagement skills and collaborating with other team members to meet project requirements and deadlines

You bring:

  • 4+ years of experience in an engineering position.
  • Constant learner and passion for your field.
  • Bachelor degree in computer science or related field.
  • Fluent spoken and written English communication skills.
