We are hiring a Lead Developer (ServiceNow Platform Development) for a US Software Factory to work for Capgemini

This role will utilize the ServiceNow platform to provide support to consulting and technical teams by contributing to various stages of the software development life cycle

Project duration: 12 Months

Job responsibilities:

  • Develop, Unit test, build and reviews to ensure that the quality bar is being met regarding best practices coding standards, integration, extensibility, and security.
  • Perform Unit Test in the code as on peer's code.
  • Follow Platform Guidelines and code best practices.
  • Provide process and technical solution options, risks, and impacts
  • Provide 24/7 support as part of team rotation

Job requirements:

  • Advanced English level
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science
  • 4+ years handson design, development and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform in ITSM, HR, ITOM module.
  • 3+ years' experience of Service catalog which includes creating new catalog items, designing flow designer and execution plans.
  • 3+ years' experience with serviceoriented architecture and web services integration (SOAP, WSDL, REST) in ServiceNow with 3rd party integrations
  • Hands on in Glide and Jelly Scripting, Java Script, HTML, XML, AJAX, AngularJS, JSON, Prototype libraries, JavaScript, CMDB and Network Asset integrations in ServiceNow
  • Experience leading and mentoring development teams
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
