Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service related to credit and collections, including answering inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with credit processes.
- Monitor customer accounts, send payment reminders, and take necessary collection actions.
- Analyze and release blocked orders by assessing account balances, payment history, and overdue balances.
- Conduct credit risk analysis based on customer behavior and payment history.
- Collaborate with Sales Executives to address overdue balances and credit limits.
- Manage payment information, credit notes, and debit notes accurately.
- Stay informed about financial and credit regulations to ensure compliance.
- Coordinate with various departments to resolve credit-related issues efficiently.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement through innovative technologies and digitalization.
- Support month, quarter, and year-end closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with audit procedures and requirements.
- Provide sales support to the account manager.
- Visit clients when necessary.
- Generate requested reports.
- Participate in corporate projects.
- Maintain client references through relationships with relevant partners.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Accounting, or Business Engineering (or in progress).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, cashier, or accounts receivable roles.
- Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in English.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Familiarity with SAP.
- Basic or advanced proficiency in Google tools.
