Responsibilities:

  • Conduct indepth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the hematology industry
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand awareness and achieving business objectives.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring flawless execution and maximum reach
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Build and nurture strong connections with important individuals and organizations in the healthcare industry, such as healthcare professionals, influential figures, and groups supporting patients' rights.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor actions to assess market position and discover potential ways to stand out.
  • Support the development and implementation of innovative marketing initiatives to enhance customer engagement and loyalty
  • Work closely with internal and external partners to successfully implement marketing programs and initiatives
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on marketing activities, performance, and results

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
  • Demonstrated history of effectively implementing marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams
  • Highly motivated and exhibits a strong determination to achieve success through consistent efforts and perseverance.
  • Diligent and committed to producing work of exceptional quality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
