Primary Secretary (full-time):

Requirements:

  • Bilingual both in English and in Spanish (exclusive).
  • ICT skills.
  • Previous work experience with children/education.
  • Fulltime availability.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and negotiate deadlines.

Personal characteristics desired for the position:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, responsible and committed with the School vision.
  • Willing to teamwork and to assist the Heads of section in the administrative duties.
  • Solid information management and organization skills.
  • Proactivity and flexibility.
  • Ability to adapt to diverse contexts, recipients and audiences.
