ROLE SUMMARY/KEY RESPONSABILITIES (Not limited to the below)
We are looking for
Freelance Market Research Telephone Interviewers Korean-English Fluent (Previous experience only)

Main responsibilities include:

  • Arrange and conduct interviews with executives and decision makers in Finance, Business, Automotive, Education, Healthcare, and Technology sectors.
  • Represent Integral Research and our clients to top executives, demonstrating high levels of ability, knowledge, and integrity.
  • Build and nurture relationships through inperson and telephone interviews.
  • Collect data through conversations and questionnaires. Input data into Integral Research Confirmit platform.
  • Contribute to research and insights through the data gathering and relationship building process.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 6 month experience as Market Research Interviewer B2B
    (required)
  • CATI Interviewing 6 month
    (required)
  • Personal and Social competences/skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Techsavvy and capable in Microsoft Office.
  • Tenacity and perseverance towards achieving project goals/targets.
  • Team player and excellent phone manner.

YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE:

  • A private and quiet area to work at home
  • Stable secure broadband access.
  • A compatible USB connecting 'call Centre style' headset with microphone
  • Your own Laptop/Desktop Computer with Windows 10/11.
