SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding Consultant


SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding certificated Consultant, with minimum of 2 end to end SuccessFactors implementations, including hands on specification, design and configuration.


_ Job Description_

  • Work with key leaders/business managers to design and implement strategy to drive overall improvement of recruiting processes and data integrity.
  • Drive adoption of best practices/best of breed approach. Ensures that technical standards and best practices are followed in his project.
  • Assist in creation of process flows, strategic diagrams, and system integration documentation to chart out primary integration processes for recruiting data.
  • Collaborate with the TMs/TDs and VPs ensuring that all the technical processes that certify the quality of our delivery are being followed as specified by our corporate delivery framework and metrics.
  • Responsible for providing recommendations for incremental improvements.
  • Oversee strategic projects in Recruiting and Onboarding modules and work closely with technical SME's to manage implementation and operational considerations.
  • Assist to establish best practice guidelines related to security permissions assignation, workflow and reporting.
  • Establishes quality control gates and improve reporting to understand efficiency and quality metrics for workflows and recruiting data management.
  • Identify ways to gain efficiencies between SuccessFactors Recruiting and other systems that require recruiting data.
  • Works together with Project Managers in the execution and delivery of the assigned project. Together with this position, they are both responsible for the execution and delivery of the proposed solution

_ Required Skills and Experience_

  • At least 4 years of proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0 modules.

_ Should be proficient in:

  • Business Analysis
  • Business Knowledge
  • Testing
  • Architecture Knowledge
  • Technical Solution Design
  • Agile Applications Development
  • Integration experience SuccessFactors Recruiting and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
  • Good Communication in English.
The position is exclusively for residents of Buenos Aires.
