Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr Lead UX UI Designer to guide our design team and oversee the development of engaging user interfaces and seamless user experiences. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for design excellence and a proven track record in leading design projects from conception to implementation. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Execution: Lead the UX/UI design for our consumer-facing app, desktop, and mobile versions, ensuring a cohesive and innovative aesthetic across all platforms.
- Wireframes/ Prototypes: Ability to create detailed wireframes and engaging prototypes for both desktop and mobile screens. This role will not involve coding or website development, but an understanding of HTML/CSS is necessary.
- User Research: Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and enhance user experience.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed design documentation, including specifications, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX/UI design.
- Expertise in standard UX software, especially Figma.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design solutions and a deep understanding of UX/UI
principles. - Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Experience in agile/scrum development processes.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, User Experience Design, or a related field.
