Job Title: HSSE Technician
Company: Integrated Gas and Upstream
Job Description:
- Purpose: To execute the strategy for achieving the Asset's Goal Zero objectives, emphasizing safety and environmental protection.
- Individual Accountabilities:
- Conduct HSSE activities within the Production, Wells, & Projects areas to ensure compliance with safety standards, provide coaching, challenge practices, and ensure assurance.
- Implement appropriate systems for various Asset activities and support Front Line Leaders and Contract Holders in managing work and contractor relationships.
- Assist in maintaining and enhancing HSSE systems and conducting audits and assessments related to contractors.
- Manage multiple operational HSSE projects independently, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and policies.
- Shared Accountabilities: Collaborate with the Asset HSSE Team to enhance HSSE performance and support Frontline Leaders in managing contractor HSSE performance.

- Financial Dimensions: Responsible for engaging in high-value activities.
- Business Dimensions: Individual Contributor supporting Asset operations.
- Requirements:
- Extensive experience and competencies in HSSE.
- Strong communication skills to convey HSSE vision and influence stakeholders.

- Challenge non-strategic work not aligned with the Asset's objectives.
