OST's Headquarters is in Miami, Florida, but our employees work remotely worldwide. Our 3 main locations are Miami, Mexico City, Mexico, and Buenos Aires, Argentina. We are looking for talented software experts to join our team near one of our three locations.

About the Role: As a Project Manager you will own the entire project lifecycle from onboarding to launch and work closely with all project stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables and timely delivery. Working closely with the design and development teams, this role will act as their advocate and coach, bringing visibility to progress on current projects and continually improving our project operations.

Onboarding: For the first few months, this candidate will be required to work in the office, in CABA Argentina, 2-3 times a week with the CEO and Engineering lead for faster onboarding. After a few months, a more hybrid approach will be accepted.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead our internal design and development teams in working through the current backlog and aligning on upcoming deliverables.
  • Run daily standups and scrum meetings to ensure key milestones, requirements and deliverables are well articulated and prioritized to avoid scope creep.
  • For each client project, develop and maintain project documentation including project plans, agendas, decision logs, schedule/timeline, progress reports, release notes, etc.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to all team members and clients on the best practices and processes of agile project management. Enforce and coach all involved team members and client stakeholders on the proper process for projects: time tracking, task creation, meetings, etc.
  • Determining and overseeing consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all products in all stages of completion.
  • Managing ClickUp and ensuring all work and knowledge is well documented and organized: tasks, descriptions, notes, architecture, credentials, feature docs, etc.
  • Work with OneSeven Leadership and other Account Managers to help with communications to the client regarding updates, questions, and other project needs.
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure the Sprint and Feature backlogs are well organized and up-to-date.
  • Create and manage ClickUp dashboards to provide insights around project status and performance for all stakeholders - internal and external.
  • Continually create or refine processes in order to improve project operations and reporting, including documentation and training materials.
  • Lead scoping exercises with clients to understand the objectives and requirements, then use that to assign sprint point estimates with our design and engineering teams.
  • Assist with the internal SaaS tools we are building as a Project Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Available to work Full Time 9am - 5pm EST time zone
  • Intermediate English level (important)
  • 1+ years of experience
  • Strong mentoring skills and leadership skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt, learn, and solve problems
  • Team player, willing to jump outside of their role to help the greater team.
  • Ability to research as you work
  • Ability to be accountable for your own time in a fully remote environment
  • The desire to contribute to a growing, dynamic team and help shape process, practice, and operations
  • You will need to provide your own workspace with reliable Internet service
  • Agile + Scrum Methodology knowledge
  • You are passionate about the startup environment and eager to learn.
  • You have a keen eye for detail and excel in documentation.
  • You are highly organized and proficient in task management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Benefits/Compensation:

  • Hybrid - occasionally a few times a week in the office and the rest remote
  • Full Time Contract-based employment
  • Starting at $1500 - $2500 depending on qualifications
