The primary role will be to have proficiency in PMO skills with proven demonstrations to oversee the successful execution of projects.

Will need to have knowledge of project management processes, such as Scrum and Agile. Host project meetings at least once a week with team and managers. Familiarity with the work being done by each team member. Provide feedback, advice, project updates and encouragement to team members. Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them. Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.

Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.

Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected and experience on project metrics and using tools to track data.

Requisitos:


Recognized project management qualification In-depth understanding of prevailing project management methods Experience in large multinational or big 4 accounting firm (preferred) interpersonal and communication skills.

Familiarity with tools and metrics needed to evaluate project performance Strong written and spoken English and Spanish language knowledge is required Curiosity and passion to find solutions to client's needs Experience juggling multiple priorities while taking a proactive approach and maintaining a strong attention to detail Capable of being entrusted with "confidential" information Ability to operate successfully within and further cultivate an environment focused on customer satisfaction Coaches and supports more junior team members to advance overall performance Takes the initiative to develop skills and competencies that will lead to advancement of self and the team
