    Accounts Payable Jr. Accountant, your future position?
  • Reporting to the Accounts Payable Team Lead, you will administrate supplier accounts, ensuring that the processes involved comply with the standards and procedures established by our organization, responding promptly to needs

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Prepare letters to be sent to the Bank for approval as part of the payment process to suppliers outside Argentina (BCRA regulations).
  • Follow up on the letters and ensure that everything is reported to the main stakeholders.
  • Parking and posting of invoices for raw materials, goods and services, freight, with manual or electronic POs.
  • Take care of own processes and documentation
  • Archive and order of digital documentation
  • Work integrated and in solidarity with the teams.
  • Execute the corresponding preventive and detective controls according to the ICONS matrix.
  • Perform other tasks inherent to the sector requested by the immediate superior.

Your professional profile includes:

  • Student or graduate in Foreign Trade, Administration or related fields.
  • 0+ years of experience.
  • Fluent English.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office
