Their platform addresses the unique needs of this underserved market, propelling them to become one of the fastest-growing venture-backed software companies in their state. In 2023 alone, they achieved a remarkable 400% growth.
With substantial funding and accelerating momentum, they are primed for further expansion. To navigate their next phase of growth, they are seeking a seasoned Finance & Operations Leader to join their team.
The Role:
As the Finance & Operations Leader, you will partner with the CEO to drive the company's financial and operational strategy. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, financial acumen, and operational expertise.
Where? Anywhere
This position is fully remote, empowering you to work from any location in Latin America.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with the company's goals. This includes budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Optimize processes across the organization to improve efficiency and drive revenue. Implement systems and tools to support these efforts
- Build and mentor a high-performing finance and operations team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Leverage financial data and operational insights to inform strategic decisions. Provide clear, actionable reporting to stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, ensuring transparent communication and regular updates.
What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years of experience in finance or operations, with at least 3 years in a strategic capacity at a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- A track record of developing and executing successful financial and/or operational strategies that have directly contributed to business growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional english communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- A passion for building and scaling businesses, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities faced by startups.
