Galina and Chip have 16 years of experience in e-commerce, affiliate marketing, and payment processing. They make it a point to continuously learn about ever-changing industry trends, allowing them to remain flexible and competitive. They are passionate about business, personal growth, development, and building long-lasting connections.

About the role:

Responsibilities (but are not limited to):

  • Oversee and follow up during the underwriting and approvals process
  • Investigate and resolve various issues related to merchant processors
  • Manage and provide leadership to a small team
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth merchant processing operations
  • Continuously improve processes and identify opportunities for efficiency gains
  • Help build and maintain strong relationships with merchant processors

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the merchant processing and ecom industry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
