We are looking for a

_Ssr People Generalist_ to join our People, reporting to the Haed of People. The Ssr People Generalist will be the nexus of all people processes and help make things happen.

What you'll be working on...

  • Take Onboarding & Offboarding: Referent for new hires on administrative matters before joining and in their first steps on Retargetly; offboarding processes coordination
  • HRIS data management and point of contact with Epsilon/Publicis
  • Employee data keeper: compiling and update records in personal files
  • Benefits and Perks management: POC with vendors and employees; benefits' metrics and usability reports
  • Leave of absences administration and Payroll input file preparation
  • Keep up to date and organize People Team documentation: Confluence, Policies and Presentations
  • Collaborate in all People processes, programs and initiatives, supporting day to day activities (communication, data, employee updates, learning, etc).
  • Support internal activities and events.

We consider a perfect match if you have:

_ Strong_

  • Advanced English (C1)
  • Intermediate excel
  • At least 2 years of HR work experience
  • Peoplecentric approach.
  • High level of tolerance for working in changing and challenging environments.

_ Bonus_

  • LATAM / regional experience
  • Understanding different markets
