The Mastercard Launch Program is a comprehensive program where recent graduates develop skills and gain cross-functional work experience to launch their careers by joining Mastercard as a full-time employee to rotate within areas in 18 months and then be assigned to a business unit to learn and develop skills, and gain valuable on the job experience, while having fun and contributing to a global company.

As a Launcher, you will be challenged with completing projects that will enhance your skills, share experience with other launchers across Mastercard globally and have a global impact with regional cohorts.

We guide and empower Launchers by building their business knowledge and people skills to fuel Priceless career possibilities.

Program Dates & Components:

  • Program starting in January 2024 (Full-Time / Hybrid Model)
  • You can rotate within areas such as Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Finance and Business Excellence
  • Impactful assignments that drive business results
  • Networking sessions and be part of a global program with international visibility
  • Volunteer and team building experiences

Program Qualifications:

  • Looking for students that will graduate in the end of 202
  • Availability to start in Jan 2024 as a fulltime employee
  • Evidence of strong academics
  • Innovative thinking and thoughtful risk taking
  • Ability to partner across the organization
  • Sound communication skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong strategic and conceptual aptitude
  • Proven team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects concurrently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Wellrounded individual with significant extracurricular involvement
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to work on a team and independently
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment
  • Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Attention to detail
