    Procure to Pay Operational Analyst, your future position?
  • Reporting to the Team Lead, you will provide support to requesters and vendors in case of Procure to Pay related questions, ensuring correct and daily execution of main responsibilities in Procurement Services Support

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Analyze queries and aim for endtoend query resolution following service levels and Customer satisfaction
  • Provide guidance to internal employees for all systems (SAP; SRM, Service management tool)
  • Build effective relationships with teams
  • Communicate with internal and external partners
  • Adherence to service levels
  • Adherence to procedures
  • Hold training for users

  • Student or graduate in Administration or related fields.
  • 0 to 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel (can perform complex functions).
  • Advanced level of Portuguese and English.
