As a CEM Intern, you will work closely with the marketing manager to support various marketing initiatives and campaigns.

You will be responsible for assisting with daily administrative tasks, coordinating offline events, maintaining supplier relationships, translating and proofreading marketing content, conducting basic market research, and supporting marketing campaign planning and execution.


What you do:

  • Provide operational support in the onboarding of new customers, ensuring that they are trained on technical, business, and product aspects of our offerings.
  • Learn to identify customers with growth potential and assist the customer engagement team in developing and executing growth strategies.
  • Participate in the development and education of new customers through marketing materials and product documentation.
  • Provide operational support on customer training and webinars, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate information to fully leverage our products and services.
  • Assist in the introduction of new features to customers, ensuring that they are fully aware of the benefits and are able to adopt the new features quickly and efficiently.

  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Openness to learn and adapt to new environments, work processes, and technologies.
  • Selfmotivated, creative, efficient, and resultsoriented, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and presentation skills using Google Slides or PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic technical understanding of our products and services.
  • Intermediate to advanced English language proficiency.
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively with others in a team environment.
