We thrive on working with cutting-edge technologies, and our Tier 2 - Product team is on the lookout for a new team player to join us on this adventurous journey. As Senior Product Manager you have end to end accountability for our payment's portfolio (card acquiring, bank transfers, cash payments and alternative payment methods) for local/regional payments schemes.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Effectively drive and communicate the vision and set the strategic direction for our Card Payments Domain, which you will be leading.
- Innovate, design, and build market leading products; set the industry standard and compete with the biggest payment players in the world.
- Head up the PMs within your Domain (direct reports) and teams working on delivery and discovery of our payment's portfolio in multiple regions worldwide.
- Ensure we have a winning product strategy and highly efficient, industrialized product delivery to maximize business value and ROI.
- Develop trusting relationships with key customers and senior leaders to understand business needs and deliver meaningful outcomes.
- Create and sustain an environment of creativity and inclusion; challenge the status quo to encourage innovation.
- Manage your teams like a conductor - succeed, fail, and learn together as one-team
Experience and Qualification
- Mastered, highly effective leadership of multiple, cross functional teams in a fast paced, global environment.
- An exceptional product mindset, eager to constantly learn and innovate, solve the impossible and develop products our customers love.
- Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to efficiently deliver and scale products that drive significant customer and business value together with your teams.
- A passion for payments, deep experience in the commercial, technical, and financial dimensions of local payments.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to listen, excite and influence a broad range of internal and external key-decision makers.
- Lead with courage and modesty, you have a track record of attracting and developing great talent and leadership to scale and optimize yourself and your teams.
- Spanish and English are a must. Portuguese are nice to have.
