Trane en Argentina se encuentra en la búsqueda de un (a) Líder de Record to Report para la oficina de Buenos Aires (Zona Norte) Este rol es fundamental debido a que implica recopilar, procesar y entregar información relevante y precisa que se utiliza para proporcionar comentarios estratégicos, financieros y operativos para comprender cómo se está desempeñando el negocio.

También cubre los pasos involucrados en la preparación y presentación de informes de las cuentas generales. Estará a cargo de un equipo.

Responsabilidades:

Tareas del equipo a cargo:
cuentas por pagar, cuentas por cobrar, tesorería, impuestos y reporte.

Coordinación y seguimiento de auditorías (internas y externas)

Actuals, análisis de cuentas y variaciones.

Coordinación de cierres

Cash Flow:
control y seguimiento

Working Capital:
Control, seguimiento y búsqueda de mejoras. Negociación con proveedores y seguimiento cobranzas

Conciliación de cuentas:
aprobación y seguimiento

Gestión de P&L, análisis Backlog

Activo Fijos:
Análisis de proyectos

Calificaciones:

Título de Contador Público

5 + años de experiência laboral en áreas contables y financieras

Experiência comprobada liderando equipos de trabajo

Inglés Avanzado

Conocimiento y manejo de algún ERP, idealmente módulos Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Account Receivable.

Dominio de Excel en nível avanzado

Conocimientos tributarios.

Conocimiento y dominio en el uso de Oracle: HFM, Smart View.
